"My TV Dinner"

In training for the part of a body builder in a film a couple of
years ago [Uncovered], I became obsessive about diet. Now, as a
reaction, I don't pay any attention at all to what I throw down
my throat. It's mainly snack foods instant noodles, a re-fried
stir fry and so on and I get through an awful lot of ready
prepared carton soups which, to save time, can be consumed cold.
I usually eat on the move or sit cross-legged on a worktop in the
kitchen from which I can watch tv.
